Turn your focus to body, mind and spirit using breath awareness in this Vinyasa flow class.

 

Listen to your body and color outside the lines, exploring familiar poses with a less traditional approach.

 

Build up your strength to progress in your physical practice and watch how this translates into your life outside of the mat.

 

Improve your range of motion and feel more at ease in your body and mind.

 

Varying abilities welcome and use of props encouraged. Bring your own mat, 2 yoga blocks and a blanket. Classes will be held indoors and in the garden (weather permitting).
